At Radiant Aesthetics & Lifestyle Medicine we offer Hyaluronic Acid (HA) filler products and 2 types of biostimulator products:

1. Hyaluronic acid based dermal fillers-injectables that work by restoring lost volume, and have more of an immediate result (which can last anywhere from 6 months to several years).

2. Radiesse- Radiesse is another injectable dermal filler that works differently from the classic HA fillers. It is a unique biostimulator that contains tiny calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a gel carrier. When injected, these microspheres stimulate your body's natural collagen production over time. This treatment provides some immediate correction, and has the added benefit of improvement over time.

3. Sculptra -Sculptra is an injectable biostimulator composed of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), designed to enhance skin appearance by stimulating the body's natural collagen production. Multiple treatments are usually needed, and this is more of a long-term solution than HA fillers.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation procedure that helps minimize the signs of aging, improve the appearance of acne scars and rejuvenate aging skin. The SkinPen® microneedling device causes controlled micro-injuries that stimulate the body’s natural wound healing process. The micro-injuries trigger the release of cytokines and growth factors that lead to remodeling of collagen and elastin.

The consult will begin with your concerns, and will also address your overall health goals. During the consultation, Dr. Nicoll will assess your medical history, discuss symptoms, and may conduct tests to diagnose any issues. She will then provide tailored advice and treatment options, which may include hormone therapy, peptides, vitamin injections, or other regenerative medicine approaches. The consultation is confidential and can be conducted in-person or through telehealth, ensuring flexibility and privacy.

Hormone Therapy (formerly known as HRT, or Hormone Replacement Therapy), is the treatment of menopausal and perimenopausal symptoms with hormones. It's taken to replace the estrogen/progesterone the body stops making during perimenopause/menopause (which is when periods stop for good). This therapy most often is used to treat common menopause symptoms, such as hot flashes, mood swings, trouble sleeping, and vaginal discomfort. Hormone therapy also has been shown to prevent bone loss and reduce broken bones after menopause, comes in many different forms, and is tailored to your specific symptoms/needs. Specific hormones prescribed after consultation may include Estrogen, Progesterone, Testosterone, or a combination of the above.
